Purpose of the course unit

The main goal of subject is to teach students to have special criminalistics theoretical knowledge and practical skills, which allows better understand investigation process of criminal cases and others violations of law through studying and having practical work, related with solving criminal and others cases and violations of law.

During exam session

During the exam (written or oral) students deal with the theoretical and practical task that comprises the practical situation and its theoretical nature. Assessing the answers one should take into account the level of theoretical knowledge, the ability to apply theoretical knowledge in practical situation, student’s ability to ground his position and the relevance of the sources chosen to substantiate the position.
