Purpose of the course unit

The objective of the course is to develop qualities necessary for today’s leader and to give very practical insights in works and challenges of today’s leaders.

Ability to define concept of leadership, name differences between leader and boss, classify theories of leadership.

Lectures, seminars, group discussions, literature analysis, maps of concepts, research methods (information search, preparation of presentation).

Ability to analyze practical leadership cases and understand the meaning of leadership in work and life.
