Purpose of the course unit

To reveal the theoretical roots of art therapy, introduce the nature of creative process and its theoretical foundation, analyze the working principles of art therapy in small groups and the possibilities of using this practice in social work, provide opportunities for students to gain and develop their skills of helping socially excluded individuals or those of special needs.
