Purpose of the course unit

The purpose of the studies in the course of the Local Government Law is to create pre-conditions to achieve and to apply the knowledge of the constitutional law and self-government law; as well as to nourish abilities to analyze and evaluate legal regulations, status and related problems of the implementation of governance of the territorial communities and matters of public interest; to assist students in forming of the skills for legal-logical thinking, legal argumentations, legal interpretation, value-ridden foundations of the effective implementation of self-government.
