Purpose of the course unit

Introduce students to the legal environment of use of electronic documents as well as the ways of their protection and use as official evidences

Assessment methods

1. Student understands the key cyberspace concepts; 2. Student understands processes in cyberspace and their legal consequences; 3. Student is able to evaluate and analyze the phenomena related to electronic information security, it's implementation in or outside institution; 4. Student is able to choose appropriate method of electronic information security; 5. Student is able to apply theoretical knowledge in the analysis, structuring of the material about electronic information, it's treatment and protection methods; 6. Student is able to think logically and analyse phenomena of electronic information.
