Purpose of the course unit

To prepare a broad range of highly skilled professionals for the public sector who are aware of all the specifics of both state and local government level and are able to address the realization of public property ownership problems.

Will be able to understand and assess the nature and content of the public property law, its role and functions as a part of country's economic system, in the conditions of economic globalization and integration.

Rated these aspects of work: - The structure and scope: The work structure is clear and logical, contains all necessary components (introduction, which presents the theme, goals, objectives, methods, empirical materials, teaching, where the empirical material analysis and interpretation, conclusions), the work is of a reasonable amount (0.5 points); - Analysis and Conclusions: The analysis is complete, the findings are well-grounded and formulated on the basis of empirical material (2points) if the analysis was performed, but not complete, the findings are not always justified, given 1 point, for a superficial analysis - 0 points . - Scientific research style and culture: the proper treatment of the sources and quotations, wording and style of scientific work in accordance with the requirements- (0.5 points). Evaluation of the absence of written work - 0 points.
